The Manitou fuel pre-filter: with and without diesel preheating
Two numbers for one item. Without preheating 799968 and SN 70391, with preheating 958155 and SN 70366. The Manitou catalogue lists only one of them.
The Manitou fuel pre-filter with a water separator carries two different numbers, depending on whether the machine has diesel preheating. The catalogue lists only one of them, so the catalogue will not tell you which version you need.
Two numbers
- Without diesel preheating: Manitou 799968, HIFI SN 70391, SF SK 48567 (MCH-12132)
- With diesel preheating: Manitou 958155, HIFI SN 70366, SF SK 3735 (MCH-12141)
Manitou lists filter SN 70366 under two numbers, 958155 and 52706341. It is the same part.
Why the catalogue will not tell you
The Manitou 2AA390 FILTERS AND BELTS catalogue for the MT 733, MT 933 and MT 1033 EASY 75D ST5 S1 gives only 799968 for this item. The preheated version is not in it, even though it is fitted.
It caught us in September 2026 on an MT 733. The pre-filter was issued straight from the catalogue, without preheating, and the fact that the machine does have preheating was confirmed afterwards. Ordering from the catalogue is therefore only right for machines without preheating.
It also concerns the MLT 737
HIFI lists SN 70366 for the MLT 737-130 PS+ as well, where the Manitou original is 52706341. The 2AA371 catalogue for the MLT 737 130 PS D ST4 S2 does not contain this item. So if you come across a pre-filter on an MLT 737 that the catalogue does not list, check number 52706341.
